Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy
Returns
Regrettably, we are not able to accept returns at this time.
We take great care in packaging each order, but in rare instances, items may be damaged during transit. If your jewelry arrives defective or damaged, we are happy to offer a replacement. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide proof of the damage (both photo and video evidence). If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the item, excluding shipping costs.
Free items with your order
Free items with your order as part of any promotional deals must be returned if one of the products is being returned for a refund. If not returned the original cost of the free piece will be deducted from the refund amount.
Liability

We are not liable for items broken or damaged due to not following our jewelry care guidelines.

We do not cover any costs to return items.

We do not refund any amount paid for shipping. This includes any amount paid for delivery or to return the item. We only refund the cost of the item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same reason, please send an email to moangelschateau@gmail.com
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
