We currently ship with Jamaica Post and Bearer Courier Services. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
Order Processing: Orders will be processed within 24 hours pending payment verification.

Local Delivery

Zipmail 'Express Delivery' 1-2 business day delivery
- We offer a flat-rate shipping of $500 on all orders within Jamaica using the Zipmail service.

Bearer Courier Service 'Same or Next Day Delivery'
- For orders within Kingston, we offer flat-rate shipping at $700
- For orders within Harbour View, we offer flat-rate shipping at $900
- For orders within Portmore, we offer flat-rate shipping at $900
- For orders within Spanish Town, we offer flat-rate shipping at $900
Same Day Delivery: For customers requesting Same Day Delivery, all orders must be placed by 10:00 AM. Orders placed after this time may not be eligible for same-day shipping. However, exceptions can be made under certain circumstances. If you require urgent delivery and the cutoff time has passed, please contact us at moangelschateau@gmail.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
International Shipping
Shipping internationally can take between 3-21 business days.

Standard shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping of $350 on all international orders.

Express shipping ( UK orders): We offer flat-rate shipping of $1,500 on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Express shipping ( US orders): We offer flat-rate shipping of $9,000 on all orders within the United States and the rest of the world.
Shipping Destinations: We ship worldwide.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and delivery of your package.
Returns and Exchanges: For information regarding returns and exchanges related to shipping, please refer to our Returns and Exchange Policy.
Holiday and Non-Business Days: Please note that we do not process or ship orders on holidays or non-business days. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.
Order Changes & Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, you must notify us within an hour of placing the order, otherwise we may not be able to cancel it, as it may be in production.
Fees and charges: We are not responsible for any import fees. International tax and duties (import) are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, these fees are not included in the shipping costs. International packages may be subjected to VAT, custom fees, etc. The buyer is solely responsible for all fees. MoAngel's Chateau is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Invalid Address: Please ensure that the shipping address when placing your order is correct. MoAngel's Chateau is not responsible for orders being shipped to an incorrect address. If you provide an invalid address and your package is returned you have the option of receiving a refund or pay to have it reshipped.
Damaged/Lost/Stolen Packages: MoAngel's Chateau is not liable for lost or stolen products once it has been shipped. A claim can be filed directly via your local post office for mail theft. Damaged items will be replaced depending on the circumstance. Please be ready to show picture evidence to support any evidence.
